green hat woman was fired, defended herself, said they were "quoting movie lines" and that's why everyone was laughing. She just comes across as a gutter bitch, so yeah.
Apparently the guy to the left in the blue shirt at the computer was the one that uploaded the video, he doesn't work there, just does their tech and security, and he thought it was funny how the pizza guy was trying to leave with the extra cash.
Guy towards the end saying "I want that motherfuckers job" still has a job it sounds like. Woman in the hat said that was a movie line, too.
TL;DR, it's ok to say nasty shit as long as it's a movie line.

They ordered pizza, which totalled $43. They gave the delivery guy 2 twenty dollar bills and 2 fives. Two twenties and one five would be enough to pay the total, so to be sure, the delivery driver asked if they meant to give the extra to him, and they said yes. A few minutes later, presumably after they realized they gave him two fives, they called the pizza place and complained that the driver left with their change.
The driver returned, gave change, then asked why they gave him the extra five if they wanted change. They proceeded to taunt him and be jerks. Delivery guy left, and someone from the dealership posted the video to youtube, with intentions to shame the driver. People viewing the video realized what had happened and began calling the dealership out for being jerks.
